Examples of Morals
Morals are the rules that govern which actions are right and which are wrong. A morals can be for all of society or an individual’s beliefs. Sometimes a moral can be gleaned from a story or experience. 
Morals in Society 
Here are some examples of morals in society:
·        Do not gossip
·        Tell the truth
·        Do not vandalize property
·        Have courage
·        Do not have sex before marriage
·        Keep your promises
·        Do not cheat
·        Treat others as you want to be treated
·        Be trustworthy
·        Do not judge
·        Be dependable
·        Respect others
·        Be forgiving
·        Keep your self control
·        Have integrity
·        Be accountable and take responsibility
·        Have patience
·        Be loyal
·        Have respect for yourself
·        Be tolerant of differences
·        Seek justice
·        Have humility
·        Serve mankind
·        Be generous
The Ten Commandments are the basis for many of society’s morals:
1.     Do not have any gods before me
2.     Do not make for yourself a graven image
3.     Do not take the name of the Lord your God in vain
4.     Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy
5.     Honor your father and mother
6.     Do not kill
7.     Do no commit adultery
8.     Do not steal
9.     Do not bear false witness against your neighbor

10.  Do not covet your neighbor’s wife or possessions
