     Учитель говорить слова вірша декілька разів та виконує дії, а учні повторюють дії за ним:

1.       Stand up!                                                    3.   Head and shoulders,

      Bend forward,                                                  Knees and toes,

 Bend back,                                                       Knees and toes,

 Bend right,                                                       Knees and toes.

 Bend left.                                                         Eyes, ears,

 Sit down.                                                          Mouth and nose.                                         

2.       The wind blows,                                         4.   Stand up!

      The wind blows.                                               Hands up,

      The leaves fall down,                                       To the side,

      The leaves fall down.                                       Turn left,

      We gather the leaves,                                       Turn right.

      We gather the leaves.                                        One, two, three, hop!

      And we jump!                                                   One, two, three, stop!
